Summary: * Over 5 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator, providing 24x7 production support of development and production Oracle 10g/11g databases on different Platform. * Excellent understanding of Oracle Internals, Architecture, Data Dictionary, Data Management and System Management * Knowledge of 11g Oracle Golden Gate, Data architecture, data migration * Proficiency in fulfilling daily DBA activities, including schema management & user management (creating users, synonyms, privileges, roles, quotas, tables, indexes, views, sequence), Data structures. * Installed oracle database server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), SOLARIS, HP-UX, AIX, WINDOWS to 11g applied oracle patches. * Strong understanding of database replication concepts, i.e. Data Guard, Proficient in third party replication tools like Oracle Golden Gate, Attunity Studio and Attunity Replicate. * Migrated single instance databases to multimode 11gR2 RAC environments for high availability and load balancing. * Established Disaster Recovery for Oracle 11g RAC database. * Installed, configured and maintained single node, RAC, ASM, DATA GUARD * Knowledge of "Oracle Real Application Clusters" Oracle11g * Knowledge of SQL on Microsoft server * Have knowledge on ORACLE STREAMS, and two types of standby databases supported by data guard, logical standby and physical standby databases. * Hands on experience in Data guard, Grid control, streams, replication. * Expertise in Oracle Grid control installation, monitoring and maintenance. * Experience in Backup & Recovery techniques of databases running in ARCHIVELOG MODE using RMAN. Experience in Cumulative and Differential Incremental backups using RMAN. * Testing and implementing different physical and logical backup and recovery methods including point in time, media recovery, full/partial, data pump, export/import& and regular import/export. * Involved in Performance Planning and Tuning, using baselines Pro-active and Re-active actions, bottleneck elimination and wait event interface to identify issues, using tools such as EXPLAIN PLAN, TKPROF, POSTgreSQL, S TATSPACK, SQL TRACE, ASH, AWR, ADDM, 10g OEM Grid and monitoring custom scripts, troubleshooting oracle databases using SQL trace utilities for optimal performance complying with business SLAs'. * Data migration in test environment and to data center like AWS, Oracle cloud. by selecting the data to be migrated, ensuring that the new location has enough space for the data, estimate the time of migration and * Configured network components like TNSNAMES, Names Server, Connection Manager, etc. For easy and effective management of ORACLE NETWORKING. Configured LISTENER for external procedure calls * Experience with SQL coding including DDL, DML and fine tuning those SQL's for better performance. * Experience in using 10g features flash-back recovery, data pump Recycle Bin, 11g Grid Monitoring.
