SUMMARY An experienced Facility/Construction Manager involved in all facets of facility maintenance/management. Responsible for every aspect of facility management, with projects such as executive offices, classrooms, personnel support facilities, modular cubicles, laboratories and chemical production facilities. Besides management of internal maintenance personnel, also selected and contracted various vendors for all maintenance requirements such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial and landscaping. Projects were located throughout Texas and Louisiana. ACCOMPLISHMENTS Managed all company facilities upon completion. Facilities included: *20,000 sq foot executive office space * 5,000 sq foot lab facility * 8 acre manufacturing facility that included personnel support (lockers, showers bathrooms), office space, warehouse, lab and manufacturing space. * 6 distribution yards with facilities in size from 10,000 to 33,000 sq feet on up to 7 acres across 2 states. Selected and supervised internal facility maintenance personnel upon completion of all company facilities including chemical production facility in Brookshire, Texas. Also responsible for multiple infrastructure additions and upgrades at all facilities. Responsible for all facets of Blue Ribbon Technology Lab maintenance and construction in Houston, Texas. Duties included basic design, general contractor selection, contractor oversight, maintaining cost goals and completion schedules.
