As a Portfolio Manager for EMS I have focused on the investigation, assessment and remediation of sites affected by hazardous materials and petroleum products while managing administrative requirements. Expertise includes: * Preparation and technical review of Environmental Site Assessments, Remedial Action Plans, Corrective Action Plans, Remedial Action Completion Reports, Environmental Covenants and UST Closure reports. * * Manages multiple site assessments ranging in size from individually operated gasoline stations to portfolio management of the nation's second largest retail fuel/convenience store companies.
