SUMMARY Looking for a position that will take advantage of my extensive customer service oriented, quality focused, background. Much of my experience has been in a high tech manufacturing environment, but the last several years has been in the food service industry involving one-on-one direct customer contact. I am highly experienced in the use of Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and I am knowledgeable in the use of Access. I am a highly motivated individual with experience in the use of creative problem solving skills, team leadership and project/program management in the accomplishment of established objectives. Some of my previous accomplishments were as follows: * As owner of my own company, I have obtained direct hands on experience in the areas of Customer Service, Purchasing, Budgeting, Cost Accounting and Human Resources. * Implemented Continuous Quality/Productivity Improvement through employee involvement, Statistical Process Control using 6 Sigma approaches, Quality Cost reporting and the use of Design of Experiments. * Established Supplier Quality systems, which included Quality/Productivity Improvement team meetings with all areas of the company. * Developed and implemented Reliability Engineering, Product Evaluation, Field Failure Analysis, 6 Sigma process controls and Quality System Auditing.
