Considerable construction management experience. working closely with DOT projects, Bridges, Highways, Roads, and Infrastructures. * Confer with superintendent/engineer/manager to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing and evaluation of field conditions, requisitions, payments, vender's requirements and coordination with deliveries, venders, subs, clients, coordinate proper storage requirements.. * Considerable experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance as well as Quality Management. * Familiar with MS Windows, MS Office, Power Point, Word, Excel, Design software, AutoCAD, GPS & Survey equipment/Leica, Allegro. * 3 years of teaching experience in the civil engineering, construction management and architectural technology. Specification and Quality, QC, QA. * Investigations, change control, validation and risk management. * General contracting all types of rough and finish constructions as well as HVAC and MEP. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS: (Workshops / Seminars with Certification) * Project Manager Professional Certification, P.M.P. * Registered and Insured General Contractor. * NASSCO Certified to design and inspect all sewer piping, collections and treatment plant. Highest Level "IV". * Management building inspection code and construction. * 40 hrs. OSHA/HAZWOPER certified. * AutoCAD old and current versions. Software/Databases: MS Office Qcon Bridge Design Strucalcs software AutoCAD GPS & Survey equipment/Leica Allegro Army corps of engineer software design for structural blast resisting.
