What I do particularly well as a Project Manager is combine the qualitative knowledge of service delivery subject matter experts with quantitative data collected throughout the delivery process. Combining these types of data helps represent processes in ways front-line staff and leaders easily understand and supports a coaching and mentoring approach to helping them recognize improvement opportunities that are otherwise difficult to identify. My objective is to continue using these skills as a process improvement leader in a mid to large healthcare or industrial setting while working across institutional or functional boundaries.
