Strong project management skill in project planning and execution. * Experience involves working with various materials engineering areas and superior adaptability to solving various materials engineering problems. * Materials testing: ASTM method, mechanical properties, chemical properties, and physical properties. * Materials analysis with SEM, EDS, TEM, XPS, AES, XRD, XRF, FTIR * Hands-on experiences with surface and interface analysis for thin film / coating materials with AES depth profile and XPS. * Knowledge about SIMS, NMR, RBS, TXRF, EBSD, ICP - MS, UVS, SAXS, AAS, PSD, TGA, DSC. * Characterization lab and instrument maintenance. * Vacuum system engineering and leak detection with helium gas and QMS. * Corrosion testing and prevention failure analysis for materials in various conditions. * Successful experiences with selecting and applying appropriate characterization methods in analyzing various raw materials and solving process problems, formulation problems, and product quality issues. * Metallic materials and alloys (metallurgy and metallography) with hands-on metallographic methods including sample preparation, etching, and optical analysis and applied to metals as well as non-metallic materials. * Composites metal matrix and polymer matrix, continuously and discontinuously reinforced. * Polymeric materials: PET, PS, PP, PE, PVA, rubber. * Coating materials: TiN, TiCN, Thermal barrier materials. * Thin film materials: PVD, CVD, PECVD. * Cementitious materials: cements, aggregates, alkaline activated geopolymers, fast setting cements. * Engineer absorbing materials (cellular structure materials, macro patterned materials) * Led multifunctional teams in developing materials and processes from R&D to production scale up and achieved strategic goals on/ahead of project schedules.
