Qualifications Profile: Project Management: Greater than 10 yrs of project management experience with significant career exposure to lab automation, medical device and software implementation and development. A strong understanding of the factors/forces shaping customers needs and integrating these needs within the frame work of business objectives. Duties would include developing solid relationships with all shareholders, risk assessments and mitigations, issue and conflict resolution using effective negotiation and persuasion skills. Well developed presentation skills. In addition, have fundamental influence on team management and the fostering and development of other team members. Independently takes action to appropriately meet or exceed customer's expectations and try out new ideas and gain insight into customer's needs and expectations, and, have had much input with marketing and sales with the development of new products. Software/IT implementation Consultant: Responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, training of new and existing customers, and providing onsite consultation as needed by our clients. A primary liaison for exchange and distribution of information between the clients and internal software groups, which included managing customer expectations, providing general business advice, issue escalation pathways, technical support and troubleshooting. Primary research focused on physiological-based pharmacokinetics computer modeling with a Fortran-based language (ACSL.) Extensive statistical data analysis involved with research. One publication: A physiologically based pharmacokinetic model for nasal uptake and metabolism Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology 123 (1): 120-0 1993. Primary discipline of study was inhalation toxicology. Three years of GC and HPLC experience. Lab work focused on drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics and entailed strong educational and hands-on experience with analytical chemistry that included both in-vivo and in-vitro studies.
