CAREER HIGHLIGHTS REO Asset Management: Broker Relations, Field Quality Control and Vendor Management * Client Relations Manager: * Measure and implement programs and practices to improve performance and quality * Establish and maintain a strong client interface in order to resolve issues and provide solutions this resulted in a 33% quality increase after less than six months in assigned region * Conduct client and broker training to develop accurate service expectations based on contractual guidelines * National Broker Relations Manager: * Cultivate and sustain solid broker relationships to gain insight on performance and quality levels as well as industry trends * Compile and analyze feedback to make procedure adjustments as well as elevate broker scores * Field Quality Control & Vendor Manager: * Recruit and train new vendors on correct service procedures * Complete field inspections in order to measure, track and document vendor performance, quality and turn times * Based on field inspection results, implement policy and procedure changes to strengthen vendor services * If necessary, administer vendor discipline, performance improvement plans, and release due to lack of performance * Senior Vendor Operations Manager: * Train in-house coordinators on workflow, documentation, fee negotiations and problem resolution within scope of multiple client contracts * Educate contractors on timely workflow management, fee negotiations, and successful service completion per client specifications * Operations Manager: * Manage a portfolio of real estate owned (REO) assets in order to renovate and preserve properties for liquidation at the highest value with minimal down-time and carrying costs * Develop and evaluate marketing strategies based on client profiles, location and community factors in order to move assets quickly and return high margins * Create and implement quality control standards * Coordinate and effectively utilize personnel * Promote team development * Recruit and train new contractors * Retain a qualified contractor base Construction Project Management: * Senior Building Consultant: * Manage numerous, complex building projects * Business Development: Execute sales and marketing initiatives to gain new business * Direct high-performing multi-disciplinary teams of architects, designers, superintendents and contractors to execute projects within regulatory building codes * Procurement Manager * Supervise commercial renovation and new construction for hotels, nursing homes and casinos * Vendor procurement and development * Contract negotiations * Estimate and regulate design budgets as well as shipping and installation schedules
