Plan and Expand: Harris County Transit and City of Baytown partner to expand services for the Senior and Disabled Transportation Program As the administrator of this program, finding more/improved services within the parameters of the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Block Grant is key. Immediately planning with Harris Co. Transit at inception of the bus program to develop potential user information, route and timetable data for expansion into Baytown.
