Summary After graduating from college, myself and 3 colleagues established Seaboard Systems as an IBM Business partner. I was the senior VP from 1974 until 1984 when I became the Senior Managing Partner and CEO from 1984 until 2004. After Seaboard Systems was purchased, I established Wright & Associates and I have been consulting since 2004 in the Lean/Agile area of competencies. My areas of expertise are in Program and Project Management and, more importantly, migrating organizations from Agile development to Agile strategy. I have been a Lean/Agile practitioner for over 30 years and am familiar with Agile core values and practices. I excel at bringing businesses into the Lean/Agile realm and I do well in organizations where Lean/Agile skills are appreciated and utilized to the maximum. My keen skills are establishing "Lean Dynamics" and modern Agile/DevOps practices in a company and building Program/Project management offices from the ground up.
