Description
Summary: I retired in February 2014 with thirty five years of Oil and Gas experience including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable Account Receivable Production and Revenue Accounting Drilling Cost Auditing ordering, expediting, classifying and moving production and drilling materials (line pipe, tubing, casing, etc.) and all phases of Gas Balancing pertaining to wellhead, platform, field balancing and settlements of all types. My more current experience has been related mostly to Gas Balancing, revenue allocations, and reconciliations as I have contributed my expertise in these areas consistently during the last twenty-five years. I have been a participant in providing recommendations to COPAS regarding gas allocations at points of uncommon ownership processes to be used during the MMS Take In Kind program pertaining to allocations, imbalances, settlements and Dear Operator Letter requirements. Various organizations have invited me to share my knowledge of gas balancing and allocations in Salt Lake City, Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Accomplishments: * Saved my prior employer more than $6,000,000 when I audited a balancing property * Established a much needed Gas Balancing file room * Within one year, eliminated a four year backlog of cash settlements resulting in $2,000,000 in revenue * Established a successful process to audit Units and recouped in excess of $3,000,000 in incorrect payments to other Working Interest Owners * Employed negotiation skills to eliminate issues that previously resulted in lawsuits
