Currently serving as Senior Business IT Analyst at a genetics diagnostic and PRN medical technologist for large academic hospital systems (Methodist Hospital and M.D Anderson Cancer Center). I have extensive experience using Cerner classic and Cerner Millennium LIS system, Labdaq LIS system, Schylerhouse LIS system, SoftLab LIS system, and EPIC Beaker LIS system. I have also provided LIS software product development consultancy to a private healthcare software company. I have also provided clinical laboratory consultancy to private reference medical laboratory. As a medical technologist, I have experience in conducting high-complexity laboratory tests, technical troubleshooting of biomedical analyzers, keeping the laboratory in compliance with regulatory agency (CAP/COLA /CLIA) requirements, and directing the patient testing process in a timely, accurate manner, conducted financial cost-analysis for laboratory testing menu, developed product inventory system.
