Profile: Project Manager More than 15 years of comprehensive experience in leading and directing all aspects of programs and projects for DoD contracts, as well as PMO functions. Relevant experience for the Project Manager Position. * At BRPH and ANSF O&M I led IPT teams and managed dozens of projects. I was responsible for SOW development, management of project cost, schedule, performance, managed stakeholder expectations, facilitated the project meetings, and was responsible for overall success and profit of the projects. * I have used Project Management systems and software including - MAXIMO (DoD projects), DelTek Accounting system (commercial and federal), MS Project, AIDIS Project Management modules (Army CoE CMMS used in Afghanistan) and customer developed EVMS systems. * As Senior Project Manager at BRPH, I won and managed an IDIQ contract with EXELIS at the NASA White Sands Complex to support the Space Communications Network Service (SCNS) contract. SCNS operates and maintains NASA's satellite communication network at White Sands. Their contract and project management systems are similar to LISC and SLRSC. The SCNS program was Exelis and is now Harris. The projects were multi discipline. My participation included SE event presentations direct to EXELIS's NASA customers at White Sands and Goddard. * At SLRSC I was part of the IPT for dozens of range projects (ER and WR) from 2002 to 2012. * At CSR (with the 6000 group and DLM) I worked dozens of range projects from 1994 to 2001 at Ascension AAF and Antigua AS. General summary Direct report management, front line supervisor of up to 14 employees. Skilled in process improvement that drives efficiency to increase productivity and reduce costs. Delivered numerous multi-engineering discipline design projects on Systems Engineering contracts: electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, site development, environmental, safety, and security.
