I'm looking for an opportunity to use my years of experience. I have been in Business Development and Project Management for over 30 years and prior to that a Project Controls Manager. Having worked in most areas on the industries such as Downstream Mid-stream AEC and EPC to name a few I have amassed many contacts in each. I am very active in the Project Management Institute (PMI) as 2017-18 president and chapter founder in 2001 of the Clear Lake - Galveston Chapter of PMI (www.pmiclg.org) I got into business development as a client account manager and used my P.M. and PCM along with good common sense to insure a project success and increase the company's presents within that client. By following all the areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) with my years in work and in PMI I have developed strong leadership skills alone with fostering positive attitude with clients staff and management. I have been able to develop sales strategies and train others the best way to use customer feedback to better customer relationship. (CRM) Having managed sales and marketing teams locally and nationwide.
