Painting Plumbing Kitchen repairs. Providing analysis guidance and support budgets and actual spending * Provide monthly forecasts insight that enable and influence leaders to proactively manage plant goals * Work with departments to identify and recommend new processes techniques and standards that drive performance and process improvement * Ensure required process reviews/audits are completed Managed special projects as needed as needed Assists with troubleshooting electrical mechanical and fluid power equipment to decrease downtime manufacturing plant. * Inspect maintenance shop areas to ensure health safety and environmental policies are followed. * Directs the development and deployment of preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Responsible for inventory management of maintenance supplies and utilization of personnel and equipment to maximize processing capabilities. Assign review and inspect work of maintenance done by employees providing on-the-job training as needed eliminate common work difficulties.
