Experience in startup of facilities including hiring and development of site leadership team including multiple "serial #1" facilities. Developed - Quality Management Systems. Extensive experience in the management of large Engineering Procurement and Construction projects (EPC) (List of major projects listed below), including bid proposals, cost estimating and management through commissioning. Developed new business in areas such as Early Production Facilities (EPF) and treatment of hazardous waste in refinery applications (Coker Prep and Thermal Desorption). Directed the creation of the first Co-op between refineries with separate ownerships to process liquid and solid waste.
