PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * 2+ years of overall experience in Big Data using Hadoop, MapReduce, HDFS, Hive, Pig Sqoop, Oozie, Flume, Hbase, ZooKeeper, Java/J2EE and Reporting using tableau and excel. * 1+ years of overall experience of SAS experience with a good understanding of the base and advanced SAS concepts. * High Exposure on Big Data technologies and Hadoop ecosystem, In-depth understanding of Map Reduce and the Hadoop Infrastructure * Capable of processing large sets of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data and supporting systems application architecture. * Importing and exporting data into HDFS. Having experience in writing PIG Scripts. * Involved in creating HIVE tables, loading with data and writing HIVE queries. * Managing and Reviewing Hadoop Log Files, and administrating a Hadoop Cluster. * Excellent understanding of Hadoop architecture and its components such as HDFS, Job Tracker, Task Tracker, Name Node, Data Node and MapReduce programming paradigm. * Experience in providing support to data analyst in running Pig and Hive queries and having good hands on experience with map-reduce programs using Java, and leverage tools like Pig and Hive to transform and query large datasets. * Experience in working with different data sources like xml files, Json files, excel files, csv files, Oracle to load data into Hive tables. * Having good knowledge in NoSQL databases like Hbase. * Configure and Install Hadoop and Hadoop Ecosystems (Hive/Pig) and have the ability to troubleshoot issues on the Hadoop cluster. * Installed and configured Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume and Oozie on the Hadoop cluster. * Excellent analytical, problem solving and Tableau and SQL debugging skills. * Experience with creating the Tableau dashboards with relational and multi-dimensional databases including SQL, MS Access at gathering and manipulating data from various sources. * Experience on building dashboards using Tableau. * Experience in SAS BI components - SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS OLAP Cube Studio, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS Information Map Studio, SAS Information Delivery Portal, SAS BI Dashboard, SAS Management Console and SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office * Experience in back-end database such as Oracle, MS-Access, SQL Server, Teradata, and DB2. * Extensive Experience in SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, SAS/MACROS, SAS/SQL, SAS/CONNECT, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/ODS, SAS/ENTERPRISE GUIDE, SAS/ETL. * Extensive experience in SAS/REPORT generating procedures like PROC SUMMARY, PROC FREQ, PROC MEANS, PROC UNIVARIATE, PROC TRANSPOSE, PROC FORMAT, PROC REPORT and PROC TABULATE etc. * Good experience of using SDLC model and agile model. * Performed data extraction from Databases and Flat files.
