Through investigative ability, innovation, management style and drive, I have been placed into the top two investigative management positions within in the Caldwell Police Department. I attribute this accomplishment to my direction, personnel management style and investigative methods which obtain case closures and results. I have developed and fine-tuned my investigative and management experience over the last 11 years and I believe that my experience, results driven attitude, mindset and drive would excel and be more suitable in the corporate environment.
