Major duty made sure Plate's presentation went out to a customer's satisfaction. This position taught me a different side of Italian presentation's mixed with seafood, some paperwork,and computer ordering. It was amazing experienced to have opend this restaurant at the fabulous Wynn Hotel and casino.
