Daily Duties at Wynn Las Vegas Hotel:
My role is "Chef Di ParTi" is known for Master Cook. Task were to make sure everything in the line was done, and fresh. Major duty made sure Plate's presentation went out to a customer's satisfaction. This position taught me a different side of Italian presentation's mixed with seafood, some paperwork,and computer ordering. It was amazing experienced to have opend this restaurant at the fabulous Wynn Hotel and casino.
