Recruited based on prior success in delivering on ambitious growth targets along with deep industry/market insight in driving large complex technology deals. Tasked with creating and leading Comcast’s first-ever sales organization for driving expansion into Fortune 100 and distributed enterprise market segments. Grew team to 48 high performing business development and account manager teams in pursuit of $100M annual new business target. Build industry relationships and strategic partnerships. Lead design and execution of account acquisition and growth strategies. Defined key competencies and performance metrics.
