Daily Duties at Card Tapp:

Provided Sales and Customer Success services, building cases for product purchase, re-purchase, and supporting new and existing clients to maximize use of Card Tapp’s SaaS software. Work with existing customers at the highest risk of churn, re-sell, retrain, and coach those clients and help them become successful with the product. Act as Account Manager for clients. Troubleshoot technical issues for clients, correct when possible, escalate as necessary to the development team.
