- Reconciled patient care reports daily, prepared daily statistics for corporate office, and audited daily patient care reports for medical necessity requirements; achieved lowest rate of missing patient care reports for the South Texas Region. - Entered audit data into database and generated daily audit reports for general manager to sustain compliance. - Submitted patient care reports to regional billing office. - Trained new employees on documentation procedures and spearheaded documentation classes for current employees.
