Ensured seamless administration of daily operations to include supporting accounting activities. Independently entered, verified, and reconciled data in accounting database. Produced billing invoices, processed payments, and tracked activities of aged accounts through collections. Processed travel expense reimbursements. Fulfilled managerial requests for expense and capital expenditure reports. Interacted with customers to provide accounting and general assistance. Managed office activities, to include welcoming and directing visitors, distributing mail, coordinating training, and orchestrating meetings and events.
