Daily Duties at Ab Consulting:
Designated Chief Architect and Lead Consultant for the IRS Contact Centers, responsible for technology at 35 locations and 13,000 agents. Managed operations, processes, uptime goals, and key performance indicators for the IRS, reporting to the Director of the Joint Operations Center. Designed self-service applications in Voice Response Units (VRU), Network Prompter Plans for AT&T networks, and Computer Telephony Integrations (CTI). Produced real-time and historical data views and reports for IRS executives using Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.
