Daily Duties at Shore Group Solutions:
Managed the national, sales team of 40 Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers, training them on solutions such as Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). Coached and mentored the sales team on design and delivery of Omni-Channel product suites and managed service offerings, increasing technical knowledge of the team and revenue. Led Pre-Sales design efforts, business consulting engagements, and technology gap analysis projects for clients. Developed external/internal Omni-Channel offerings.
