Daily Duties at The Ferrada Group:
Consult clients on the design, creation, management, and optimization of Omni-Channel and Contact Center environments. Oversee a team of professionals and technical specialists to support client initiatives and technology implementations. Cultivate strong relationships with Cisco ATP Value Added Resellers and Distributors along with other Third Party Vendors to create powerful Omni-Channel, Contact Center and Consulting offerings. Build and grow practice through B2B and B2C market strategy to create of Sales opportunities for Cisco ATPs and Gold Partners.
