Daily Duties at Daiichi Sankyo Inc.:
Promotion on Type II diabetes medications, lipid lowering medications, hypertension medication to Cardiologist, Endocrinologist, nephrologist, internal medicine and family practice providers. Organized Medicaid initiative by recruiting independent speakers to present to the P&T Committee and gained support from individual members of P&T committee. Train newly hired representatives on on consultative methods of selling at a district, regional and national level. Recruited and developed local speaker group of 3 nephrologist and 1 endocrinologist. Work with team of rotating team of 3 to 5 representatives to ensure that sales goals for promoted products were exceeded.
