Manage the experienced Financial Advisor Recruiting process, Brokerage production, and develop and maintain all detached Fiancial Advisors officed in Minnesota, Northwest Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana for the Minneapolis Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction including . Manage internal and external technology support and champion the implementation and utilization of new software and hardware within the organization. Select and manage all external vendor relationships for technology and compliance purposes.
