Measure, fabricate, install HVAC duct system for campus remodel projects , maintained TAB on infrastructure air and water systems campus wide, certify Biosafety cabinets, construct stainless steel counters and specialty apparatus medical experiments Maintained sheet metal shop equipment and standing inventory Analyzed, calculated and altered air and water flow in labs and offices Document mechanical infrastructure air and water flows and as-built drawings for in-house engineering Review preconstruction capital mechanical construction documents, coordinated drawings, equipment and material specifications Assist Chief Building Official perform mechanical inspections on capital projects
