Daily Duties at Psion Corporation:
My responsibility as a Key Account Manager is to provide quality solutions to our top 15 accounts within my geography. I do this by building a solid relationship with each customer built upon integrity, loyalty, education and providing a real solution to their ever-growing technology needs. I could not do this without my team comprised of my Technical Consultant, Inside Sales Representative, Channel Manager, Managed Services Account Manager, Marketing as well as my Management team. Together, we are able to touch upon all needs of not only our customers, but also those of our loyal partners.
