• Plan, execute and control acquisition and retention marketing campaigns for the American market. • Design and present proposals. Responsible for the customer’s on-boarding process. • Manage customers and leads key information using the Institutional Sales CRM system. • Plan, execute and monitor the billing and renewal process of institutional subscriptions. • Train department colleagues in various commercial and administrative topics. • Create and submit bi-weekly, quarterly and annual financial reports. • Coordinate the company's presence in seminars, conferences, exhibitions and workshops nationwide. • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and other areas of company.
