• Lead teams of inside and outside sales representatives, as well as nationwide team of independent sales representation in growth of laboratory supply, medical, and capital laboratory equipment • Grow stocking dealer base network by eliminating non-stock and online content-only distributors • Grew independent representative network to 18 independent representatives in just 6 months, increasing top line sales through independent market channel • Championed operational and sales restructuring leading to over $275,000 in savings in year 2008
