Daily Duties at Carolina Biological Supply:
• Develop and implement training, sales marketing, and reporting strategy for an inside account manager sales team for biological and science supplies to the college and high school market channel • Lead team in daily, weekly, and monthly directional sales activity in order to achieve metric activity and sales goal attainment. • Key team member in development of yearly Sales and Marketing plan • Provide motivational leadership of sales force in an economically challenged market channel • Consistently meet or exceeded company monthly and yearly sales goals • Develop a process of “drill down” analytics in order to provide greater market understanding and team visibility in order to enhance the results of activity.
