• Developed inside account management strategy and methodology for the inside account sales team selling into the outdoor power equipment industry • Initiated process of goal setting and the measuring sales activity in order to achieve an increase in team call activity goal attainment. • Lead team to 200% increase in sales activity over prior year • Coordinate the communication and activity of outside sales team in order to effect positive outcomes from all department sales efforts leading to a 150% increase in sales from previous year • Championed for the development and implementation of inside and outside sales CRM reporting tool • Design, implement, and construct reporting for all sales and service department Value Added Services to manufacturers including sales campaigns, service center recruiting, and customer service
