Daily Duties at Pae Incorporated:
Directed and managed all HR functions for multi-contract and multi-country business line. Adapting and coordinating practices to ensure compliance with local government and/or legislation. Supporting new contract initiatives at corporate office. Teamed with corporate, senior executives and program leaders to successfully drive change in workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, change management, employee relations and investigations, and leadership & training development.
