Daily Duties at Patterson Dental :
As part of our Team our branch had 15 Reps and that serviced about 1500 dentists in the KC Metro area. As a Territory Manger, I serviced 95 accounts. These accounts where primarily dentists with a few hospital and institution accounts. The products we sold consisted of consumables(over 40,000 sku's),capital core equipment(chairs, units cabinets) capital digital equipment, CAD/CAM technology, computer hardware/software, and technical services. My call rotation was bi-monthly for the majority of these accounts. The purpose for these calls where to help clients with their supplies and supply management. In addition, I would help them with any equipment concerns or technology issues that needed to be addressed. I would help the resolve these on my call or make sure that our technicians were scheduled. During these calls, I would present new products and services that could help the practice provide a better experience for the patients, as well as provide the practice with better efficiency and better revenues
