Daily Duties at Education Systems:
Directed training of student ambassadors and admissions offices on college and university campuses all over the United States and Canada regarding the implementation, installation, and training of a suite of user-based admissions/enrollment management software programs. Established customer relationships and retention, created client training tools, administered customer surveys, computation of client metrics, online technical support, wrote system scripts, preformed software testing, quality assurance, and assessed software enhancements, in order to increase company revenue. Scheduled, planned, and facilitated sessions for company user conference. Operated multiple databases, technical writing, and effective communications on all levels.
