Daily Duties at Profitline:

Operated as the main point of contact for 9 major fortune 500 companies, leading all client relations, retention, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and managed companies telecommunication invoice processing with expenditures of $10 million+ per month combined. Served as client liaison with all internal company departments, in regards to client database management, technical report specification development, software enhancements, documentation, and quality assurance. Directed processing teams to enable effective account operations, in regards to data entry, disconnection, billing disputes, GL coding validation, and invoice payment. Managed high-end clientele such as Rite Aid Pharmacies, Tiffany & Company, and Tickets.com, with databases containing over 800 accounts, 24,000 line items, and $1 million+ in monthly spend. Preformed cost savings and optimization processes to provide returns of 5 to 15 percent of each client’s total yearly spend. Resolved vendor conflict disputes, sale of additional services, and vendor contract renewal. Trained and provided technical support for clients using telecommunication cost management software program. Managed customer service, rate assessment, multiple database use, and effective communication on all levels.
