Commanded the completion of multiple concurrent software implementation projects for fortune 500 and 1000 companies on a property tax management software system. Implementation process entailing an initial conference call with clients to devise a project scope, project plan, and establish project deadlines. Managed day to day operations of the project scope, initiating data integration, data conversion, system installation on client site or ASP hosting, and systems training. In addition, engaged in software product quality assurance, documenting bugs and system enhancements, executing SQL queries and scripts on client databases, and expediting extensive areas of technical support. Coordinated internal departments and external clients to ensure software operation and use. Tracking project status to upper management using CRM. Increased system optimization, by writing programming specifications/ requirements for import utilities, to ensure that no manual manipulation of data was needed between the times of exporting data from the clients fixed asset system, to import into the property tax management system. Furthermore, wrote programming specifications against the SQL database to created client specific reports. The development of these utilities and reports assisted clients in meeting Sarbanes Oxley requirements and produced time management efficiency. Effectuated successful client relationships, by facilitating client weekly conference calls, PowerPoint presentations, and WebEx online demonstrations, to set and maintain client expectations. Encourage complete software utilization, by employing adult learning theory techniques. By which, measuring clients knowledge of the software after training completion, and continuing to build on their framework of knowledge to promote continued learning. Delivered software product sales demonstrations, and assisted sales account executives as a systems operation expert. Training of sales staff in implementation system functions. Consultation of clients regarding best use practices and system recommendations.
