Daily Duties at Reapplications/Costar:
Management of implementation projects for a commercial real estate software program; with multiple concurrent high level clients. In depth analysis of client current workflow processes, to provide expert client consultation, in the establishment of new process methodologies. Helping clients to create an environment of smooth change management, to enable an easy transcendence from the use of manual and antiquated systems, to a thriving a full service system. Intricate Business Analysis of CRM and accounting databases, to write extensive data mapping documentation. Writing business rules to enable scripting of clients current data set for migration into the new system relational database. Design of several custom and system base reports, widgets, and system modules. Complete QA of data migration and new report system integration. Verification of client project budget and created strategies to preform duties within budget.
