Daily Duties at Pro Tech:
• Established business, financial, and organizational infrastructure. Established financial procedure for monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss review. • Recruited leadership team for operations and sales to develop organizational protocol for effective business operations for growth. • Developed Administrative and HR initiatives as it relates to Unemployment, Workers Compensation, Safety. • Directed oversight of the company’s safety program and applicable training in accordance with OSHA regulations • Organized and develop strategic marketing plans utilizing CRM applications to expand the geographic footprint from local to statewide. • Developed IT infrastructure for business improvement, CRM and technology solutions.
