Daily Duties at The Louis Berger Group, Inc:

• Provides for proper subcontract and purchase order acquisitions and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. • Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports, advises management and project personnel of contractual rights and obligations; Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination with subcontractors. • Reviews subcontractor bids for conformity to contract requirements. • Works under general direction, participates in setting assignment objectives. • Plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives. • Work is reviewed for adequacy on completion. • Provides support to the project management team in the effective administration of the prime contract between the company and the customer. • Prepares an analysis of the prime contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of potential risk such as ambiguities, omissions, and conflict; as work proceeds, assists the Project Manager in mitigating those risks that arise; closely monitors and supports remedial actions as necessary.
