Problem solve, troubleshoot, and develop strategies focused on meeting all objectives and establishing solid relationships with customers. Generated growth revenue through engagement with AT&T Consulting. Consistently drive sales growth through discussion of additional managed services strategies, including fostering extensive sales contract for United Kingdom-based contact center services by escalating original conversation. • Spearheaded migration of converged VoIP network while bypassing obstacles, such as no centralized migration strategy, operation within business unit silos, and recent contract with competitor, to achieve exclusive provider of services and trusted advisor status.
