Daily Duties at Fidelity Investment:

FIDELITY INVESTMENT / NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES Transfer of Asset / Senior Account Service Representative (New York – Dallas, TX) Reviewed and processed transfer documents for accuracy and required information on incoming and outgoing transfer requests on customer’s brokerage accounts. Indemnified and corresponded with contra firms in the reclaim and settlement of over-delivered or short positions in customers’ accounts. Extensive telephone contact with brokerage firms, banks, correspondents, insurance companies, mutual fund companies, and other fidelity branches. 401 K – Customer Service Specialist Educated and provided option to customers regarding their 401K account. Examples include loans, hardship withdrawal, rollovers Extensive telephone contact with customers and companies inquiring about their 401K accounts
