Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

Managed capital budget projections, tracking, and ordering. Prepared evaluations (i.e.: Variance Analysis). Tracked orders as they came into the system for possible duplicates. Pulled those orders that did not seem to be in alignment with the company’s goals for further discussion. Pulled those orders which seemed to be of the greatest urgency and calculated roughly how much of the year’s spend they would consume; thus, providing an idea of how much funding was left for the remaining orders received. Managed facility issues. Ensured that employees were moved to their new space and had their PC and telephones functional.
