Daily Duties at Sbc Services, Inc.:

Managed all event planning for the Employee Giving/United Way Campaign. Events included Senior Leadership Kick-Offs and Auctions, Agency Fair, Recognition Luncheon Event, and Leader’s President’s Cup Award Luncheon. While managing these events, the Agency Fair experienced a 20% increase in attendance/donations; the Leadership Kick-Off Events increased by 4.7% in donations. All events combined had an overall 7% participation and 30% contribution increases. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Executive Compensation. Created and designed the “Pacific Region Review” newsletter. Managed the “Spirit of Excellence” recognition program. Created interview workshop for the Magic Johnson Foundation. This included planning lectures and role-playing activities so that underprivileged high-potential candidates could be better prepared when entering the workforce. Managed CEOs For Kids. This event took select underprivileged high-potential candidates who were a part of the YMCA and brought them to the SBC campus for a day of lunch with executives, educational tours, and parting gifts.
