Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

Managed clinic/hospital space for two hospitals, seven medical office buildings, and numerous leased sites. Managed project to convert space request system from paper to online database with integrated reporting system. Used freelance writing experience to provide appropriate verbiage for the website. Increased volume of completed moves by 300% within four months of hire date and 1000% by the time I left the organization. Increased volume of tracked moves by almost 100% from date of hire. Reversed the negative relationship with support groups by collaborating with key personnel and reinstating Service Level Agreements across the entire Service Area. Completed innumerable leader-driven large moves (on site, as well as between sites and regions) in reduced timeframe. Managed direct report and matrixed staff. Collaborated with Regional staff for access to Archibus to complete updates to regional floorplans; thus ensuring that Senior Leadership had an accurate picture of how much hospital and clinical space was being used at any given moment. Chaired pre- and Executive Space Team meetings with Medical Group Liaisons, providing reports and recommendations to Leadership on the best use of clinic, hospital, and office space. Worked with Capital Projects on major renovations and all moves associated with them. Produced mass communications detailing the new online space request system to the service area. Provided large-scale presentations and specialized training sessions.
