Held full accountability for timely and accurate performance of A/P, A/R, payroll, inventory warehousing, purchasing, cost control, cash management, and internal audit functions. Ensured monthly closings were executed and completed according to corporate deadlines. Developed periodic budgets, conducted variance analysis, and monitored performance against business plan. Coordinated and presented financial performance / analysis finding to senior management at monthly meetings.
